"Issue sorted fast, really really pleased"
I had a little problem with my order because the print turned up with a small mark on it. I emailed The Poster Club not really expecting a quick reply, thought it might take a few days.

But they got back to me fast, asked me to send a photo, and then sorted out a replacement with no fuss at all. No endless back and forth, no hassle, just easy easy service, which I really appreciated.

The new print arrived looking perfect and it looks great up on the wall. Things happen, but they handled it so well that I’d happily order from them again

"I placed my order the other night…"
I placed my order the other night while I was sitting on the couch half-watching a show, and overall it was easy to figure out. The checkout part felt a little slow to me though, so I ended up double checking a couple of steps before actually paying. It wasn’t a big deal or anything, just not the smoothest checkout experience. I got through it in the end and everything worked out fine.

My poster showed up in a really sturdy tube with no bends, dents, or marks at all. It took me a minute to get it open, but I’d much rather deal with that than a damaged print. Small win for me: I got it framed the same day and it looks great

I got it sorted in the end, so that was good, but they took longer to reply than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a bit frustrating while I was waiting.

"So many cool posters to choose from"
I really liked the selection of designs here. There were a lot of simple, cool posters, which is exactly the kind of style I usually go for. it took me way longer to choose than I expected, but in a good way. I kept changing my mind, kind of like when you open a menu and suddenly forget what food you like. Anyway, really nice variety and the designs didn’t feel overdone

"Pretty quick delivery"
I ordered a poster and it showed up faster than I thought it would, so that was a nice surprise. The packaging was fine too, nothing fancy but it did the job. It wasn’t like instantly at my door or anything, but since it came earlier than I expected, I’d say the delivery was really good overall

I ordered a poster and the tracking was really easy to follow. I got the update email quickly and could check where the package was without any hassle. Delivery was pretty much on time too, so I wasn’t stuck wondering when it would show up. The order process was simple and smooth overall. The poster looks fine at first glance, though I’m not totally sure yet how well the print or paper quality will hold up. Still, I’d probably order again.

"Pretty happy with my posters"
I ordered two posters and, everything went smoothly. The site was easy enough to use, and while delivery took a few days, it wasn’t really a problem. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the prints actually looked great in person. I’d probably buy from them again.

"Looks okay, but not super sturdy"
I ordered the frame along with my poster, it looks fine once it’s up on the wall. From a distance, it does the job, it really does. But up close, the quality feels average. The corners don’t feel especially solid, and the material is lighter than I thought it would be. It did arrive in good shape with no damage, so that’s a plus. I just expected it to feel a little sturdier for the price, a little sturdier

"Could Be Greener"
It’s alright, but i do wish it was a bit greener. Like, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room to make it feel more eco-friendly.

"I was kind of surprised by how…"
I was kind of surprised by how thick the paper feels... definitely not flimsy at all. The print looks really nice on it too, and it makes the whole poster feel more expensive than I expected. I’d definitely order again.

"Easy refund, no fuss at all"
I ended up having to cancel my order and ask for a refund, which I expected to be a whole thing (because it usually is, right?). But they got back to me quickly, and the money was returned without any hassle. Super straightforward and way less stressful than I thought it would be. Really appreciated that. 5 stars from me.

"Nice poster, but the edges curled a bit"
I really liked this poster when it first showed up. The colors looked great, and it was packaged well, so no complaints there. After a few months though, the edges started curling a little, even though I had it in a frame. It still looks nice from across the room, so it’s not a huge deal or anything, but I did expect it to hold up a bit better for the price. Overall, not bad, just more average than I was hoping.
